• Sustainable Networks reserves the right to terminate service without giving reasons.
  • If you are out of the country and If your monthly usage is less than 900 MB, Sustainable Networks will automatically ignore your monthly minimum and invoice you a bill of Nrs 350 + VAT.
  • Wireless modem charge: This is refunded after deducting 25% for wear & tear for each year used if customer terminates service, pays any outstanding dues and equipment is returned in working condition. The refund value will be nil after 4 years of service used.
  • Installation can only be made to sites that have line of sight to Sustainable Networks communications tower or to one of our repeater sites. We reserve the right to refuse installations to sites that do not meet our criteria to provide a quality connection.
  • No bandwidth guarantee is given, but we generally expect speeds to be in the range of 5000-20000Kbps.
  • We give credit to selected clients, but will terminate service if payment is more than 60 days in arrears.
  • Support is available 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week. No charge for call outs if due to Sustainable Networks error.
  • Rs 500 per call out for customer created problems or customer equipment failure.
  • The wireless equipment used is sensitive to electrical spikes. It must be connected to a UPS. Equipment damage due to failure to follow these guidelines will result in a charge for repair/ replacement.
  • We will install a network cable into your premises. You need to install a router if you want to share the connection with multiple users. We have routers available for Rs 3500-8000 plus VAT.
  • We provide a local mail server for sending email. Ask us for set up details. Mailboxes are an extra charge if needed. Existing users can change plans by informing us before the 1st of the coming month.
  • If the internet service is interrupted or stopped for more than 5% of a year due to our error then credit on the invoice of a month will be given.
